Workshop Organization
I have co-organized five editions of the Algorithmic Fairness workshop series, which advances interdisciplinary perspectives on algorithmic fairness. These include Algorithmic Fairness through the Lens of Causality and Robustness (AFCR) at NeurIPS 2021, Algorithmic Fairness through the Lens of Causality and Privacy (AFCP) at NeurIPS 2022, Algorithmic Fairness through the Lens of Time (AFT) at NeurIPS 2023, Algorithmic Fairness through the Lens of Metrics and Evaluation (AFME) at NeurIPS 2024, and Algorithmic Fairness Across Alignment Procedures and Agentic Systems (AFAA) at ICLR 2026.
I have also co-organized two editions of the TrustAI Workshop at the Deep Learning Indaba, which brings together researchers and practitioners to discuss trustworthy AI in and for the African continent. The 2025 edition focused on Building Public Awareness and Engagement, and the 2026 edition on How Trustworthy Are LLM-as-Judges? Implications for the African Continent.
